OUR WEEKEND RECIPE #28


Hello all,
chocolate and nuts - a divine combination! I made gluten free mini chocolate cakes last week and they were just so delicious.
It's a simple recipe:

- 200g butter (soft)
- 3 eggs
- 120g brown sugar
- 300g almonds (grounded)
- 1pck baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 200g dark chocolate


Mix butter and sugar until smooth, then add the eggs, almonds, baking powder and salt. At last melt the cocolate and mix it into the dough by hand.
In a preheated oven (180°C) the cakes will be finished in about 25 minutes.
