Hello my friends,
another Friday, another recipe. Today I have a recipe for you which is pretty much self-explanatory. I think my aunt brought puff pastry pesto wheels (sooo wanted to come up with another 'p-word' for wheels!) into the family, by now they have infiltrated our whole circle of friends, no party without them. 

You'll need:
- premade puff pastry
- 80g pesto 

Roll out the puff pastry and coat one side with pesto. I chose pesto genovese which is a bit oily. If you don't like that take pesto rosso!


Roll in the pastry and cut of small wheels.

Place the wheels on a sheet of baking paper and put them in the oven at about 180°C (356°F) until golden and crispy.
