OUR WEEKEND RECIPE #14















Aaaaahhhhh weekend! Finally!
Today I am showing you how to make a frittata. It is a kind of omelette to be honest, but the name is just better. You can't say frittata. You have to shout it: FRITTATA!!! Perfect word for minions (BANANA!!!). FRITTATA! Ok, I think by now you know how funny I think the word is. Let's see what you need for it:




























Yes, today I'm having a lot of fun.

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 100g asparagus
- 100g mushrooms
- parsley
- pepper, salt, nutmeg
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- some parmesan (goes on top, so just as much as you like)



























Cut mushrooms and asparagus in slices/pieces. Put the asparagus into boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes. 



























While the asparagus is cooking, pout 1 tbsp of oil into a pan and roast the mushroom slices until they are slightly brown.



























Add the asparagus to the mushrooms and roast for a little longer. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and herbs/salt/pepper.





















































Turn the heat down and pour the egg mixture over the vegetables. Now you just have to wait, be patient! It takes some time (~15-20min) until the FRITTATA!!! (sorry) is baked thoroughly.


























When the egg mixture is firm, put a plate over your pan, flip it and let the frittata slide into the pan again. Let it roast for about 1 minute. Put it on a plate, grate parmesan on top and some more parsley if you like. Enjoy your frittata!
